Freelance & Consulting

Whether you need a thought partner for a long-term program or an experienced hand for a single event, I bring the same level of care, creativity, and operational rigor to every engagement.

With more than 20 years of experience across film, philanthropy, and cultural institutions, I partner with organizations at whatever stage they need me most, from the very beginning, shaping production design and creative vision, to stepping in closer to the finish line for execution and day-of support.

My services span the full event lifecycle: venue scouting, vendor coordination, budget development, contract negotiation, and IP and content licensing, giving clients a single trusted partner across what are often the most complex and high-stakes pieces of a project.

I've led events and publicity campaigns for Ringling Brothers Circus and the Radio City Rockettes, currently serve as Event Engagement Lead at the Charles & Ray Eames Foundation, and hold a senior event and filming leadership role at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.
